Zurvan - Phase 1
Boss Guide

Tanks

  • Do not face the boss at the raid.
  • Off-Tank can DPS.
  • Avoid Red Circles (Flare Star).
  • Move off platforms with a glowing orange border.
  • When the final platform falls away, phase 2 has begun.

Healers

  • Avoid Red Circles (Flare Star).
  • Move off platforms with a glowing orange border.
  • When the final platform falls away, phase 2 has begun.

DPS

  • Avoid Red Circles (Flare Star).
  • Move off platforms with a glowing orange border.
  • When the final platform falls away, phase 2 has begun.
Zurvan - Phase 2
Boss Guide

Tanks

  • Face Zurvan away from the raid.
  • Off-Tank can DPS.
  • Spread out when Zurvan casts Soar and vanishes.
    • If you have an orb, move to an edge away from other players.
    • Right after orbs detonate, stack on the player with an arrow to soak damage.
  • While avoiding ground indicators, do not run through the ice he puts directly below himself.
  • The boss vanishing and emoting "I shall rise above all!" indicates the start of the add phase.

Healers

  • Move to the side/behind of Zurvan when he turns and casts Wave Cannon. (Frontal AoE)
  • Spread out when Zurvan casts Soar and vanishes.
    • If you have an orb, move to an edge away from other players.
    • Right after orbs detonate, stack on the player with an arrow to soak damage.
  • Stay close to Zurvan in preparation for ground indicator attacks.

Tanks

  • When Execrated Wills spawn, move them next to the Execrated Wits, which only cast and will not move.
  • When there are two Execrated Wills in the third wave, each tank should take one.

Healers

  • Once the third set of adds die, shield/HoT the party for the AoE damage.

DPS

  • Kill Execrated Wits first, which will be casting a long spell. (Meracydian Meteor)
Zurvan - Phase 3
Boss Guide

Tanks

  • Same mechanics as Phase 2 plus:
  • Use Defensive abilities when Zurvan uses Tyrfing (Heavy Single Damage).
  • You get an Ice or Fire debuff. When three beams appear, stand in the beam of the same element as your debuff.

Healers

  • Same mechanics as Phase 2.
  • You get an Ice or Fire debuff. When three beams appear, stand in the beam of the same element as your debuff.

DPS

  • Same mechanics as Phase 2.
  • You get an Ice or Fire debuff. When three beams appear, stand in the beam of the same element as your debuff.
